South Seattle Community College is an affiliate of the College for Financial Planning in Denver, Colorado. SSCC provides classroom instruction for those enrolled in the (self-study) CERTIFIED FINANICAL PLANNER ™ Professional Education Program. Our 10-week courses compliment the self-study program by providing organization and structure, instructor expertise and class discussion. Information about the requirements for becoming a CERTIFIED FINANICAL PLANNER ™ Professional can be found at the Certified Financial Planner Board of Standards Inc. web site: www.cfp.net. Students are enrolled in the College for Financial Planning for all their books, materials, and testing AND with South Seattle Community College for the classroom portion. Interested candidates should contact South Seattle Community College first. Our Continuing Education staff will enroll you both at South Seattle and at the College for Financial Planning.
